alexa stops playing music after a few seconds
Hi, I implemented a Alexa music player skill that streams music over http, but for some reasons after it plays a couple of songs, it stops. After much effort, looks like I found the culprits!!! My experience is somewhat different from JC Mitchell’s. Frustrating since I like to play music for an hour or more throughout my house. I use Pandora Premium. When playing to my Alexa devices, it may play for a while without issue, but suddenly the Play/Pause button switches to Play and the music stops. Now for the past month it only plays one song and stops which has made both pandora and alexa next to useless because that's all I use it for. I have two Alexa Echo Dots and one Echo Show. If I hit Play, sometimes I can hear a very short blip, as if the song is starting to play, but it stops right away and the button switches from Pause to Play. Then, when I wake Alexa using anything (eg "Alexa help", etc), it'll start playing again. I have a multi speaker setup (PlayBase, Sub, two Sonos Ones).
